The Skyrun Online Course is a structured 12-week journey to prepare for the mountains, whether you’re targeting the 38 km, 65 km, or 100 km. Each week combines TrainingPeaks workouts with clear coaching narratives, mindful tools, and reflection prompts.
You’ll learn how to train with presence, build durability, and approach race day with calm confidence.
Guided by the Mindful Runner philosophy — Consistency > Heroics, Presence > Panic , this course is designed to help you arrive at the start line ready, steady, and prepared.
