Running Form workshop
This workshop covers the 4 essential aspects of running with good form : Posture, Foot strike, Cadence and Body Alignment. It includes drills and exercises to help you attain a comfortable natural running style.
This workshop is free and is scheduled for Saturday 20th December 2014 at 9:30am.
7 Day Mobility Intensive
The focus on the mobility intensive is to return your body to the degree of mobility that you will need to run with good natural form. Along the way you’ll learn self massage techniques, mobility drills and strength exercises that will put you in the best possible shape to achieve your goals for 2015.
The intensive is R350 per person. It consists of 7 30 minute sessions beginning on Monday 15th December. Weekday sessions will be Mon-Fri 6:00pm – 6:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:30am – 10:00am
Mindful runner training
Running is a skill that can be learned. If you want to get the most out of your running then this is a must do course.
The course lasts for 8 weeks during which we break down the running form into small manageable steps. It includes drills, exercises, form milestones, regular video feedback and coaching. Part of the program includes selecting a specific event that each participant would like to prepare for and creating an individual program to help them achieve their goals.
This course start on Monday 5th of January 2015. Each week consists of 3 sessions 2 x30 minutes during the week and a weekend session of 60 – 90 minutes on a Saturday or Sunday. The cost is R700 per person.
