The Cobra Half is 21 km of sharp climbs, technical descents and single track from Beau Constantia to Constantia Uitsig — +1000 m of Table Mountain’s wildest terrain. This 12-week program (Mindful Runner methodology) gets you ready: two quality sessions, a long trail run and an easy aerobic day each week, every session personalised to your own fitness and heart-rate / pace thresholds, and it adapts as you go.
