Everything you create stays on your phone. The only data that ever leaves your
device is your location’s coordinates, sent to a weather service to fetch your
local forecast.
What we collect and why
- Location — with your permission, the app uses your device location
to (a) match you to the nearest growing region on the map and (b) fetch your
local weather. You can decline and pick your region manually instead. - Your garden data — the beds, plantings, harvest log, chosen region,
language and purchase status are stored only on your device and are
never uploaded to us or anyone else.
What we send off the device
To show your forecast, the app sends your approximate coordinates (latitude
and longitude) to Open-Meteo, a weather
API. No name, account, device identifier or other personal information is
attached. See the Open-Meteo terms.
That is the only external service the app talks to.
What we do NOT do
- No user accounts, sign-in or passwords.
- No advertising, no ad identifiers, no third-party trackers or analytics.
- No selling or sharing of personal data. There is nothing to sell.
Purchases
Premium is a one-off unlock handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play.
We never see or store your payment details.
Children
The app is a general-audience gardening reference and does not knowingly
collect data from children.
Your control
You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings, and
deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
