Core Movement Patterns – Building Your Foundation
In this foundational module, you’ll reconnect with how your body moves on the trail. Through focused posture work, cadence practice, and mindful movement awareness, you’ll begin to build the balance, rhythm, and confidence that form the bedrock of terrain fluency. This week isn’t about speed — it’s about tuning in. Use the videos and guided audio to slow down, feel your footing, and explore what flow feels like, not just what it looks like.By the end of this module, you’ll be able to: • Identify and adjust your posture for trail running. • Understand why cadence matters for control and efficiency. • Use your senses to improve balance, rhythm, and awareness.Focus: Posture • Cadence • Balance • Proprioception

Easy Terrain Mastery – Finding Rhythm
Runnable terrain can be deceptively difficult — it asks you to stay light, efficient, and relaxed over longer periods. This module helps you find rhythm and flow on flat to gently rolling terrain using breath, cadence, and subtle posture shifts. This is where flow begins. Not on steep climbs or rocky scrambles — but here, where you learn how your body moves when it’s not under duress.By the end of this module, you’ll be able to: • Maintain a smooth, consistent rhythm on easy terrain. • Sync your breathing with your foot cadence. • Recognize and release tension before it builds.Focus: Rhythm • Breath • Relaxed Posture • Flow

Technical Terrain – Moving with Precision
Technical terrain can be intimidating, but it’s also where trail running becomes most rewarding. This module helps you move with confidence across rocks, roots, and uneven footing by blending footwork, posture, and mindful scanning. You’ll learn to adapt quickly, release tension, and move with agility — even when the trail gets rough.By the end of this module, you’ll be able to: • Move confidently across technical sections with precise foot placement. • Use terrain scanning and reaction cues to stay calm and agile. • Blend precision with flow instead of freezing or bracing.Focus: Footwork • Terrain Scanning • Agility • Calmness

Uphill Efficiency – Light & Driven
Climbing isn’t just about strength — it’s about mechanics, breath, and mindset. In this module, you’ll learn how to move uphill with less strain, better posture, and more confidence. Whether you’re hiking steep ascents or jogging rolling climbs, you’ll develop a toolkit for staying light and driven on the rise.By the end of this module, you’ll be able to: • Use posture and arm drive to improve climbing economy. • Practice breath control under uphill load. • Choose when to hike, run, or use poles with intention.Focus: Posture • Arm Drive • Breath • Energy Economy

Downhill Flow – Stable, Smooth, Confident
Descending is where trail confidence either collapses… or comes alive. In this module, we flip the script on downhills. Instead of bracing, you’ll learn to flow. Through posture, footwork, and mindset, you’ll discover how to move downhill with trust and agility.By the end of this module, you’ll be able to: • Maintain a stable, soft landing pattern on descents. • Use arms, gaze, and posture to steer and absorb impact. • Build confidence through controlled momentum.Focus: Posture • Footwork • Gaze • Trust • Flow

Linking Skills – Adapting on the Fly
Real trail running rarely gives you just one type of terrain — it constantly shifts. This module helps you integrate everything you’ve learned and adapt in real time. You’ll learn to flow between technical, uphill, downhill, and easy terrain with confidence and responsiveness.By the end of this module, you’ll be able to: • Transition fluidly between terrain types. • Recognize when and how to shift form, breath, and focus. • Trust your body’s ability to respond and recover on the move.Focus: Transitions • Adaptability • Flow • Recovery

Mindful Warmups + Reset Drills
This bonus module gives you two powerful tools: a simple mindful warmup routine to prime your body before trail sessions, and a series of reset drills to help you recover posture, breath, and awareness mid-run or post-effort.Think of this module as your trail maintenance kit — for your body and your mind.By the end of this module, you’ll be able to: • Use a breath-led warmup to prepare body and mind for trail movement. • Apply reset drills during or after a run to re-center posture and breath. • Develop personal cues for grounding, lightness, and recovery.Focus: Warmup • Reset • Recovery • Awareness
